Defeated TX Bill Allowing Partial Approval of Beach Access and Dune Protection Plans

House Bill 802 (Leo-Wilson) was introduced to allow the City of Galveston to not fully comply with state law requiring municipalities to submit complete Beach Access and Dune Protection plans to the Texas General Land Office for approval and certification.
